• All orders are sent in appropriate packaging.
• Fast delivery is high priority and items will be despatched once payment is cleared
• We use Castle Parcels for smaller items under 1.8m x 0.9m and under 25kg in weight, we expect these will be at your delivery address within 3 to 4 working days.
• We use Mainfreight for larger items and precision freight, we expect these will be at your delivery address within 7 working days.
• Simply place and pay for your order (click here for help with ordering) and it will be on its way to you the very next day.
• This web shop is staffed Monday to Friday 0900hrs to 1600hrs and orders will only be processed during these hours.
• Collections can be made from our yard at 191 Wigram Road, Sockburn, Christchurch, 8025, New Zealand which is staffed Monday to Friday 0800hrs to 1700hrs and Saturdays 0800hrs to 1530hrs.
