Our preferred method is for you to come to the yard and pick up your goods. Our opening hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 8am -5pm
Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed
We also have courtesy trailers available for you to relocate your items. Bookings are not always necessary but are recommended to make sure we have one available at the time you need it. To contact us about trailer availability please call us on 03 322 7922
Important notes regarding pickup:
All goods must be picked up within 1 week of being purchased when payment has been received by credit card or bank deposit.
If you are paying on pick up then you must collect and pay for your item in store within 3 business days.

BYO-Lifter: If you’re collecting large items on a Saturday (our busiest day of the week), please bring an extra lifter (or two) with you, to avoid having to wait until a staff member becomes available to help, thanks!
Arrange your own transport company
Do you live out of town and need to arrange your own carrier to relocate your purchases? We recommend using a furniture carrier for the more fragile items especially if there is glass in the item.
Important notes on arranging your own transport
You must arrange for your item to be picked up within 1 week of purchase.
Please ensure your chosen carrier knows what he/she is picking up and for whom. It is advisable they come prepared with the following information:
Your first and last name
The exact product you purchased
Order number if you have purchased the item online
Your delivery address
Your phone number
