What should I do if I have changed my mind and want to return a product?
Please notify customer service staff within 7 days of purchase / delivery. Please ensure you have your Musgrove’s receipt for reference.
Are there any items that I am not able to return or exchange
Yes there are some products that are not able to be returned. Please contact customer service for more information.
What happens if I do return my product?
If refunds are granted, goods are to be returned in the original condition including internal and external packaging, manuals and accessories.
- No refund can be given for any product that has been cut for you such as timber or roofing iron.
- No refund can be given on new items that can no longer be considered new given they have been transported outside of Musgrove’s site.
Musgroves will assess the products condition. If it is in original condition then we will proceed to either:
– Exchange of the product
– Offer a refund for the amount of the product(s) being returned
Do you pay for my return shipping?
All postage and handling costs will be incurred by the purchaser for goods that are being returned. Musgroves does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Please note that you will be required to pay for the freight charge for an exchanged item to be delivered to you. We will advise you of the freight charge first before exchanged item(s) are dispatched.
How will I receive payment for my returned product?
When a refund is granted, it will be processed for the original purchase price using your previous method of payment (excluding any surcharge). For loss prevention purposes we will need to record your personal details in our secure system.
