What should I do if I have changed my mind and want to return a product?
Please notify customer service staff within 7 days of delivery.
What happens if I do return my product?
If refunds are granted, goods are to be returned in the original condition including internal and external packaging, manuals and accessories.
Are there any items that I am not able to return or exchange?
The following products may not be returned or exchanged, unless they breach a guarantee under the Irish Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and EU Directive 1999/44/EC.
What happens if I do return my product?
Musgroves will assess the products condition. If it is in original condition then we will proceed to either:
– Exchange the product
– Offer a refund for the amount of the product(s) being returned
– Offer a store credit in the form of a gift voucher
Do you pay for my return shipping?
All postage and handling costs will be incurred by the purchaser for goods that are being returned. Musgroves does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Please note that you will be required to pay for the freight charge for an exchanged item to be delivered to you. We will advise you of the freight charge first before exchanged item(s) are dispatched.
How will I receive payment for my returned product?
When a refund is granted, it will be processed for the original purchase price using your previous method of payment. For loss prevention purposes we will need to record your personal details in our secure system.
What is a gift voucher store credit?
A gift voucher store credit provides you with a credit to the value of the goods returned. You may elect to receive a gift voucher (rather than a refund or the option to exchange an item) once the product has been returned successfully.
If you wish to receive a gift voucher store credit it is valid for twelve months from the date of issue and will not be redeemable for cash. We will email you a PDF copy of your gift voucher store credit.
Your gift voucher store credit is then redeemable for future ordering by shopping online, email, phone or fax. All that is required at time of ordering is the code of the voucher.
