Dear Suppliers,
With the phasing out of payments by cheque, we are moving to internet banking to pay you for your product.
If you have not yet cashed your cheque(s) that Musgroves has written for you, in payment for your goods, please do so soon! Our bank (ANZ) have now confirmed that they will not be able to accept any cheques after 31 May 2021, so our last day for writing you a cheque will be Saturday 15th May (on the basis that you will need to ensure that you have banked or cashed it prior to 31st May).
From Monday 17th May 2021 onward we look forward to paying you by internet payment.
Please have your bank account number with you so you can fill out our form, which will speed the process up – we will then be able to pay you within 5 working days from receipt of your form.
For amounts under $100, cash may still be an option if you’d prefer.
